Cheney’s Planning Commission is sending a recommendation to the City Council for making changes regarding residential parking in the city.
Those changes mainly affect multifamily development, although the original draft proposal included single-family residential locations as well. Those requirements were deleted as part of a public hearing the commission held during its Sept. 11 meeting.
