Cheney police received a call from a man in Idaho who was engaged in a conversation via social media with an individual on the 10000 block of West Melville Road. The man became concerned for the individual during the conversation, and contacted Cheney to request a welfare check.
Mental health issue was reported on the 18000 block of South Lois Drive. Individual works in Cheney, and fellow employees requested a welfare check.
