Projecting as many as 51 homes for final segment of development
With just four more lots remaining in Phase 3 of Harvest Bluff in Cheney, Hayden Homes is moving forward with plans for as many as 51 additional homes in the development along Betz Road.
Addressing the explosive nature of the region's housing market, work is underway to prepare the fourth and final stage in Cheney's Harvest Bluff development on Betz Road.
"It is our final phase, we're projecting 51 home sites," Andrea Worley, regional marketing specialist for Hayden Homes said. The current project includes adding fill and leveling the area and prepping lots for eventual home construction.
