Workers are putting the finishing touches on Cheney Federal Credit Union's second branch on Westbow Road off of Exit 272 on Interstate 90. The grand opening and ribbon cutting will take place on Thursday, Sept. 28 at 11 a.m. Jo An Sanders, CEO of Cheney Federal noted the project, which broke ground on April 3, is being completed, "On time and on budget."...
