St. Paul’s Episcopal Church
A welcoming haven, nourishing all God’s people in body, mind and spirit. The Rev. Christine Soule will preach and preside this Sunday.
Our community garden is growing and the vegetables are ripening. We look forward to all summer giving its proceeds to the Cheney Food Bank. So far the produce has been generous.
Attention all college students: The Episcopal, Lutheran and Methodist Campus Ministry is on break for the summer. ELM will resume meeting every Monday at 5 p.m. for dinner, study and worship come September. For more information contact Soule at (509) 844-2553.
Alcoholics Anonymous meets every Saturday at 11:30 a.m. in the parish hall.
For your contemplation: “If God’s incomprehensibility does not grip us in a word, if it does not draw us into his super luminous darkness, if it does not call us out of the little house of our homely, close-hugged truths…we have misunderstood the words of Christianity,” – Karl Rahner.
United Methodist Church

Two mission projects are in progress at UMC. School supplies are being collected for Cheney Outreach and coats are being collected for the community cost drive. Please contribute as you are able.
