Spokane International Airport announced Aug. 1 that Southwest Airlines launched new daily year round nonstop service to Sacramento International Airport. The flight is operated with a 143-seat Boeing 737-700 aircraft. In addition to service to the California capitol city and wine country, the flight provides convenient connecting service to Southern California destinations including Ontario, Burbank, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Orange County, and San Diego, as well as, Las Vegas and Phoenix.
“Nonstop service to Sacramento was among our highest strategic air service development priorities.” Collins Sprague, chairman of the Spokane Airport Board said in a statement.
The Spokane-Sacramento flight schedule is as follows: Southwest No. 6555 departs Sacramento at 9:05 a.m. and arrives in Spokane at 10:45 a.m. Southwest No. 507 departs Spokane at 11:25 a.m. and arrives in Sacramento at 1:20 p.m.
