Clara Silver puts the closing touches on her talent, using sign language to perform the 1939 classic from Wizard of Oz "Over the Rainbow" at the annual Betz Elementary School talent show June 15. Twenty-two students in teacher Cindy Tilque's class showed off abilities in everything from singing to comedy to gymnastics.
