Andrew Sevilla and Mark Lynch's yard, located at 715 N. Staples St., was selected as the Medical Lake Kiwanis and Cheney Garden Club's June selection for Yard of the Month. Sevilla and Lynch's yard includes a koi pond , bridge and several budai statues. They received a $25 gift certificate to a local business.
