Delores Irene Gaines Clawson

Delores Irene Gaines Clawson, 85, of Cheney, entered into heaven on Saturday, May 6, 2017.

Proceeded in death by her two sisters, two of her sons (Robert and John) and two grandchildren, she is survived by her four daughters (Linda, Susan, Cheryl, and Mary) and son (Bill). Her survivors include five children, 27 grandchildren, 66 great-grandchildren and 25 great-great grandchildren.

Her passions in life included quilting, crafts and a love of bingo. However, her greatest passion was her faith.

Mom was very passionate about reading her Bible daily and took great comfort in knowing the truth and the power of prayer. She is loved and will be missed by many. 

Services were held May 16. Donations in Delores name can be made to the American Cancer Society. Cheney Funeral Chapel in charge of arrangements.
