Cheney High School senior Nicole Rowley signed a letter of intent March 31 to play soccer for the Community Colleges of Spokane. During her senior season as goalkeeper, Rowley recorded 53 saves and was an All-Great Northern League second-team selection.
In their 2016 season, CCS was 16-0-1 in the regular season and won the Northwest Athletic Conference East Region title. They were eliminated in the semifinals of the NWAC playoffs by Highline....
