Medical Lake’s track team qualified four athletes to the April 15 Pasco Invitational following solid performances at the Cory NeVille Invitational at Riverside High School last Friday, March 31.
“We had a real good day,” head coach Gene Blankenship said. “We had 35 PRs (personal records), including Mason Williams who ran his best 1,600 meters ever in 4 minutes, 32 seconds.”
Lexi Rolan, Jaxyn Farmen, Keyhon Ross and Williams will all compete in Pasco, an event which requires a qualifying standard, either a time for running event, or a mark for field.
