Blocking Planned Parenthood funds harms women, children's health

The long — and some would argue pointless — war against Planned Parenthood continues.

On March 30, Vice President Mike Pence was the tiebreaking vote on a Senate-proposed bill that would give states permission to withhold more than $200 million in Title X federal family planning funds from abortion providers, including Planned Parenthood.
