This summer, the Medical Lake School District will once again provide local children the opportunity to have free breakfast and lunch while school is out.
During its March 28 meeting, the district's board of directors approved the annual summer meal program. The district has offered the program for the last two summers with a goal to ensure that children continue to receive nutritious meals when school is not in session.
