Eastern Washington University President, Dr. Mary Cullinan, was honored as the Grand Marshal of the 39th annual St. Patrick's Day Parade staged in Spokane, Saturday, March 11. Cullinan described her 100 percent Irish roots that trace back generations to the Emerald Isle.
