For your contemplation: “Gratitude is not a reaction, it is a state of mind. When we go through life cultivating the ability to be grateful that it is not raining, that we are not sick, that we have good friends if not a lout of resources and that we have found things we like to do, we are rich enough inside whatever we might lose around us,” – Joan Chittister.
