Feed Medical Lake joins Winter Festival festivities
St. John’s Lutheran Church and Feed Medical Lake, 223 S. Hallett St., are hosting lefse and soup tasting, caroling and visiting with friends and neighbors Saturday, Dec. 10, from 2–8 p.m. as part of Medical Lake’s Winter Festival.
Please return Monday, Dec. 12, for Feed Medical Lake’s regular monthly supper of meatloaf, Parmesan noodles, salad and decorating your own Christmas cookie. There will be stuffed, small Christmas stockings for the first 40 children through the door.
Free grocery distribution begins at 4:15 p.m., with the meal at 5 p.m. It’s all free and all are welcome. For more information call Joanna Williams at (509) 714-1150.
ML Winter Festival, Dec. 10
There is still time to participate in the Dec. 10 Re*Imagine Medical Lake Winter Festival.
Residents can still sign up their house up for the Tour of Lights. They can also register for the Stocking Stuffer 5K Dress Up Fun Run/Walk. Registration for the race is $10 for adults and free for kids who bring a food bank donation.
The organization is looking for a DJ to play live music. Stage West will also be having a live performance of “Gift of the Magi.”
