Second-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. A credit card was taken.
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 2200 block of First Street. Strange behavior, possible mental health issue.
Residential burglary was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street. A PC was taken.
A marijuana plant was found on the zero hundred block of Erie Street.
