CHENEY

Sept. 6

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway. Windows were broken.

Sept. 7

A sudden death was reported on the 2200 block of North Sixth Street.

A 16-year-old female was arrested for assault on the 400 block of North Sixth Street.

April M. Adams, 50, was arrested for fourth-degree assault on the 1000 block of First Street.

Sept. 8

Third-degree theft was reported on the 400 block of Third Street. A white bicycle was taken.

Taking motor vehicle without owner’s permission was reported on the 2400 block of University Lane. The vehicle was recovered.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 500 block of Simpson Parkway. A window was broken.

A runaway juvenile was reported on the 500 block of Irene Place. The juvenile returned.

Cash was found on the 400 block of First Street.

Sept. 9

Gregory O. William, 59, was arrested on a Spokane Police Department warrant for unlawful transit conduct on the zero hundred block of Spokane.

Financial fraud was reported on the 700 block of Clover Street. The set up of a false account was discovered.

A possible Craigslist scam was reported on the 700 block of West First Street.

Kerrie K. Repp, 39, was arrested for no valid operating license on the 2300 block of First Street.

Daren R. Beach, 27, was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence on the 700 block of West First Street.

Sept. 10

Third-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of Washington Street. Prescription medicine was taken.

A property damage accident was reported on the 900 block of First Street. A Sunshine Disposal truck accidentally snagged either a power or telecommunications line and pulled it down.

Taylor D. Kurt, 32, was arrested for communicating with a minor for immoral purposes on the 400 block of North Sixth Street.

Sept. 11

Taylor E. Grinn, 19, was arrested for third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence on the 200 block of Alki Street.

Adam J. Felien, 18, was arrested for criminal traffic/no valid operating license on the 600 block of Golden Hills Drive.

Sept. 12

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1000 block of First Street.

Sept. 1

Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 500 block of Connie Ray Avenue.

Sept. 2

Thomas M. Webb, 52, was arrested at East Ladd and North Stanley streets on a felony warrant and for posession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine.

Sept. 3

An argument was reported on the 100 block of South Walker Street.

Sept. 4

Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 200 block of North Stanley Street.

Sept. 6

Benjamin V. Valdez, 24, was arrested on the 500 block of East Percival Street for residential burglary.

Christian R. Schwartz, 29, was arrested on the 600 block of North Lefevre Street for two counts of third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence.

Sept. 7

Reckless driving was reported on the 800 block of South Maple Street.

Sept. 7

Officers assisted another agency on the 7600 block West Geiger Boulevard.

Amanda R. Hicks, 32, was arrested on the 10800 block of West Highway 2 for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Vehicle prowling was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue.

Sept. 8

Kyle S. Roberson, 23, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road on a warrant for failure to appear on a third-degree theft charge.

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 12500 block of West Frank Street.

Incidents of vehicle theft, second-degree burglary and third-degree malicious mischief were reported on the 1600 block of South Russell Street.

A traffic accident with damages was reported on the 2300 block of South Hayford Road.

A stolen vehicle was recovered on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

Sept. 9

A stolen vehicle was recovered at Ninth Avenue and Hayford Road.

Joseph M. Erwin, 29, was arrested on the 1900 block of South Lawson Street on a warrant for failure to appear on a third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) charge.

Tilford E. Gardner, 38, was arrested at Campbell Street and 14th Avenue for third-degree DWLS and failure to appear on a fourth-degree assault/domestic violence charge.

Vehicle prowling was reported on the 1400 block of South Albert Street.

Sept. 10

Officers assisted another agency regarding an eluding incident at U.S. Highway 2 and Garfield Road.

Stena Ocean, 29, was arrested on the 12800 block of West Highway 2 for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Elijah G. De La Rosa, 23, was arrested on the 10600 block of West Highway 2 on warrants for possession of a controlled substance and third-degree theft.

Thomas F. Wright, 34, was arrested on the 600 block of South Lawson Street on two warrants for failure to appear on third-degree DWLS charges.

Alissa K. Hopper, 25, was arrested on the 1300 block of South Hayford Road on a warrant for failure to appear on a first-degree trespassing charge.

Keith A. Cash, 43, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road on a warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge.

Sept. 11

A traffic accident with damages was reported on the 12400 block of West First Avenue.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1400 block of South Albert Street.

Sept. 12

Larry D. Thompson, 43, was arrested at Highway 2 and Lawson Street on a warrant for failure to appear on a second-degree trespassing charge.

Domestic violence was reported on the 1700 block of South Hayford Road.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

A Child Protective Services referral was reported on the 13500 block of West Sixth Avenue.
