Sunset Elementary School first-grade student Phoenix Stewart's drawing earned her the honor of being Airway Heights' 2016 Arbor Day Poster Contest winner. Airway Heights Mayor Kevin Richey awarded her with a plaque for her achievement at the City Council's June 6 meeting.
