Former Cheney residents Ken and Karen Mosbarger recently participated in their son Marc's U.S. Navy promotion at Fort Meade, Md. Marc and his brother Charles both graduated from Cheney High School in 1996 and 1994, respectively.
Marc Mosbarger was promoted to the rank of Chief, and was pinned by his wife Conni as well as Charles Mosbarger. Charles Mosbarger is currently a Senior Chief and stationed with the Joint Chiefs of Staff at the Pentagon, Washington D.C. It is his second assignment at the Pentagon.
Marc and Charles Mosbarger have been stationed at a variety of locations including Spain, Italy, Sicily, Germany, Japan and England. Ken and Karen Mosbarger currently reside in La Junta, Colo.
