Livestock instructor Mike Brown demonstrates his calf wrestling technique as part of instruction to area 4-H students on how to control and lead livestock at a showing and fitting clinic held last Saturday at the Jensen Youth Ranch facility on Ritchey Road. Brown and other instructors provided youth ages 8 – 18 insights into aspects of showing beef, swine, goats and sheep at livestock shows, such as the upcoming Junior Livestock Show May 4 – 6 at the Spokane Interstate Fairgrounds.
