Carole L. Hansen

Carole L. Hansen entered into life on May 15, 1937 in St. Paul Minn., to Mabel and Leland Coen. She was received into heavenly peace April 10, 2016 with her family by her side at the family home in Cheney.

Carole married First Class Airman, Charlie M. Hansen, May 15, 1954 on her 17th birthday. Carole and Charlie settled in Cheney and both worked at Eastern Washington University for several years.

Carole is survived by her loving husband of 61 years, Charlie, and her five children: Kathleen Yohannan, Rita Sims, Charlie Hansen, Robert Hansen and Mary Moore. Preceding her in death was Carole's baby angel, Theresa Louise. Carole loved and adored her 14 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.

Please Join us in celebrating Carole's life Friday, April 15 at 2 p.m. at St. Rose Catholic Church in Cheney. A reception will be held in Carole's honor at the Wren Pierson Community Center, 615 Fourth St. in Cheney, from 6:30 – 8:30 p.m.
