ML boys' tennis wins two of three

The Medical Lake boys’ tennis team won a pair of nonleague matches but fell to Lakeside in Northeast A League play last week.

The Cardinals earned wins of 5-2 over East Valley March 29 and 3-2 against St. George’s March 30. The week ended with a 3-2 loss at home to Lakeside.

In those matches, Kason Bailey at No. 2 singles emerged from play with three victories. Noah Ray was 2-1 on the week in No. 1 singles. Doubles play saw the No. 1 duo of Isiah Farmen and Alex Neder, and No. 3 doubles Justin Lohr and Seth Barr also win two of three.
