Davis received his telegraphy training at the Cheney Depot, and worked for a year, 1957, for the Northern Pacific Railroad at stations from Cheney to Paradise, Mont. The presentation was sponsored by the Cheney Depot Society as part of their Save Our Station (SOS) campaign.
