Several children in the Cheney area received special dental treatment from Mint Condition Dental for Give Kids a Smile Day, Feb. 5.
Give Kids a Smile Day is a program organized through Communities in Schools (CIS), a Spokane organization that coordinates with Cheney and Westwood middle schools to select qualified students through referrals from teachers and counselors and consists mainly of those who do not have insurance.
