CHENEY

Jan. 19

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 200 block of North Eleventh Street.

Suspicious circumstances were reported at Cheney High School. A picture of a student with a weapon was seen on social media. It was uncertain if the student was at school.

Dustin L. Leonard, 21, was arrested on the 200 block of North Second Street on a Spokane County warrant for felony possession of a controlled substance, two third-degree misdemeanor warrants for escape and obstructing and resisting out of Medical Lake and a warrant for misdemeanor theft out of Cheney.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 400 block of North Fifth Street. A car was keyed.

Harassment was reported on the 100 block of Alki Street.

Jan. 20

Second-degree rape/domestic violence (rape by force) was reported on the 100 block of West Fifth Street.

A 15-year old male and two 17-year-old males were arrested at Cheney High School for third-degree theft. Cellphones were stolen and recovered.

A 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old male were arrested on the 100 block of West First Street. The 17-year-old male was arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting, minor in possession and obstructing while the 16-year-old male was arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Trespassing was reported on the 100 block of West First Street.

Jan. 21

A 15-year-old male and a 13-year-old female were arrested for possession of marijuana at Westwood Middle School.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 500 block of Clay Street. Windows at a residence were broken.

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 700 block of West First Street.

Two bicycles were found on the 400 block of Second Street.

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 100 block of Second Street.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. License plates were taken from a vehicle.

Cheney Police assisted the Spokane Major Crimes Unit with a search warrant on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.

Jan. 23

Residential burglary was reported on the 1500 block of North Second Street. Video games were taken.

Jan. 24

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 300 block of First Street.

Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 300 block of First Street.

Third-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of North Fifth Street. Coinage was taken from a vehicle.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of North Sixth Street. A laptop, car stereo, road flares and pepper spray were taken from four vehicles.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 700 block of Fourth Street. Sunglasses, cell phone and tools were taken from a vehicle.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 300 block of B Street. A GPS and cellphone were taken from a vehicle.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 700 block of Sixth Street. Stereo equipment and a backpack were taken from a vehicle.

Second-degree burglary was reported on the zero hundred block of West Third Street. Tools from a shed were taken.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 300 block of Sixth Street. Snowboarding equipment was taken from a vehicle.

Jan. 14

Officers conducted a welfare check on the 300 block of East Grace Street.

Jan. 17

George K. Young, 33, was arrested on the 500 block of North Stanley Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Jan. 18

Custodial interference was reported on the 800 block of North Kelsea Street.

Justin C. Young, 21, was arrested on the 1000 block of East Evergreen Drive for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Jan. 20

Disorderly conduct was reported on the 200 block of East Barker Street.

Jan. 21

A missing adult was reported on the 100 block of South Hallett Street.

Jan. 22

Domestic violence was reported on the 700 block of East Barker Street.

AIRWAY HEIGHTS

Jan. 20

Bronson M. Aycox, 26, was arrested at 12th Avenue and West Drive on a warrant for failure to appear on a fourth-degree assault/domestic violence charge.

Nicole L. Clark, 30, was arrested on the 11900 block of West Sprague Avenue for driving while license suspended (DWLS).

Jackie L. Lamere, 34, and Deven A. Martin, 24, were arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

A burglary was reported on the 1800 block of South Mintle Street.

Vehicle theft was reported on the 11500 block of West 21st Avenue.

Jan. 21

Bryce K. McGrotha, 31, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree burglary.

Vehicle prowling was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

Jan. 22

Randy L. Smith, 32, was arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Catrina L. Kellerman, 20, was arrested at Highway 2 and Russell Street on warrants for theft (two counts) and second-degree trespassing.

Jan. 23

Vehicle prowling was reported on the 13500 block of West Highway 2.

Jan. 24

Kristen N. Bissonnet, 27, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Nicole D. Roman, 24, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree burglary.

Brandon J. Woodward, 28, was arrested on the 1600 block of South Campbell Street for felony harassment.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 1200 block of South Lundstrom Street.

Mackenzie R. O’Bryant, 25, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Richard D. Williams, 48, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Jan. 25

A suicidal subject was reported on the 11800 block of West Highway 2.

Marilea E. Simmons, 20, was arrested on the 12800 block of West 14th Avenue for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Dionicio Silva, 32, was arrested at Garfield Street and 21st Avenue for third-degree DWLS.

Jan. 26

Officers took a missing person report on the 13500 block of West Sixth Avenue.
