Cheney Care Center resident Elinor Best was selected as the grand prize winner in the 2015 Cheney Free Press football contest and wins a $50 merchant’s gift certificate.
Best’s name was drawn from the pool of entries throughout the season who beat our Cheney Free Press “experts” over the 10 weeks of the contest.
