Week 8 of the 2015 Cheney Free Press football contest saw its first repeat winner as Phil Conrath of Rocky Point, Idaho was victorious in a tiebreaker and earned a $50 merchant’s gift certificate.
Conrath, who missed five games, topped Matt Mittelstaedt from Cheney who won a $20 Owl Drug gift certificate. In all, five players tied for the top spot.
Seventeen entries beat or tied the Free Press experts and are entered in the season-ending drawing.
Winners must come to the Free Press office at 1616 W. First St. in Cheney to pick up their prizes.
