CHENEY

Oct. 26

Rape was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. An investigation is ongoing.

Drugs and drug paraphernalia were confiscated on the 500 block of First Street.

Oct. 27

A 16-year-old male and a 17-year-old male were arrested for third-degree theft on the 2700 block of First Street.

Police responded to a 911 hang up call on the 2400 block of University Lane, and took a report of a man walking around the complex knocking on doors, possibly using drugs.

Oct. 28

Harassment was reported on the 600 block of Third Street.

An unlawful issue of bank checks was reported on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of Walker Drive. Prescription medications were taken.

A bicycle was found on the 1000 block of First Street.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 800 block of West First Street. A musical instrument was taken.

A 16-year-old female was arrested for possession of marijuana on the 400 block of North Sixth Street.

Unlawful issuance of bank checks was reported on the 1800 block of First Street. Upon contacting the subject it was determined he had an outstanding warrant issued by another agency. Police subsequently arrested Jordan S. Wood, 24, on an Eastern Washington University warrant for criminal trespass.

Rape was reported on the 400 block of North Third Street. An investigation is ongoing.

Austin R. Tofell, 21, was arrested for nuisance code violation/loud party on the zero hundred block of North Eighth Street.

Oct. 29

Second-degree theft was reported on the 2700 block of Al Ogdon Way. A wallet was taken from a vehicle.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of College Hill Street. A backpack was taken from a vehicle.

Oct. 30

Trespassing was reported on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road.

Antonio R. Ayala, 32, was arrested for fourth-degree assault on the 400 block of First Street.

Oct. 31

Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 200 block of Front Street. A highly intoxicated complainant said she thought she had been sexually assaulted. Her friends said she had not.

Satori Z. Butler, 22, was arrested for no valid operators license on the 600 block of Mike McKeehan Way.

Charles W. Twohy, 22, and Taylor R. Carr, 23, were arrested for nuisance code violation/loud party on the zero hundred block of Seventh Street.

Nov. 1

Third-degree theft was reported on the 1300 block of First Street. A camera and a gym bag were taken from a vehicle.

A bicycle was found on the 600 block of First Street.

MEDICAL LAKE

Oct. 26

Physical abuse was reported on the 200 block of West James Street.

Kyle J. Archuleta, 30, was arrested on the 1000 block of North Howard Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence.

Oct. 27

Officers conducted a follow up investigation of a residential burglary on the 100 block of South Lefevre Street.

Theft was reported on the 300 block of South Prentis Street. Two motorcycle ramps were taken.

Physical abuse was reported on the 200 block of West James Street.

Oct. 29

Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 1000 block of East Lake Street.

Residential burglary was reported on the 100 block of North Washington Street.

Physical abuse was reported on the 300 block of East Fellows Street.

Oct. 30

Theft was reported on the 800 block of West Maple Street. A wallet was taken.

Oct. 31

Joseph D. Lawrence, 48, was arrested on the 1000 block of North Wilcox Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Nov. 1

Assault was reported on the 800 block of West Maple Street.

Residential burglary was reported on the 100 block of East Ladd Street.

Oct. 28

Third-degree theft was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Street.

Rape was reported on the 1700 block of South Hayford Road.

Vehicle theft was reported on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue.

Stacey L. Green, 40, was arrested at Sprague Avenue and Russell Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).

Oct. 29

Adalya E. Breaux, 19, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Dwayne J. Davis, 34, was arrested on the 100 block of North Hayford Road for third-degree assault, forgery and possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine.

Donald A. Madson, 30, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree theft and on a warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge.

Joshua N. McFarland, 35, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road on warrants for first-degree trespassing and third-degree DWLS.

Oct. 30

Billie Jo Montelongo, 39, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for possession of a controlled substance/heroin and on a warrant for failure to comply on a third-degree theft charge.

Second-degree assault was reported on the 1800 block of South Mintle Street.

Oct. 31

Officers took a report of possession of a controlled substance/heroin on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road. No arrest was made at the scene.

A traffic accident with damages was reported at Highway 2 and Russell Street.

A Child Protective Services referral was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

Nov. 1

Lisa M. McIntosh, 38, was arrested on the 1300 block of West Highway 2 for leaving an unattended child in a vehicle.

Emily M. Bickell, 20, was arrested on the 12400 block of West Frank Street for third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence.

Nov. 2

Larry D. Lovins, 45, was arrested at 12th Avenue and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.

Vehicle theft was reported on the 12400 block of West 21st Avenue.

Nov. 3

Aleksey Y. Solodyankin, 36, was arrested at 12th Avenue and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.

Aaron W. Malm, 23, was arrested on the 12500 block of West Second Avenue for unlawful imprisonment/domestic violence, fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and third-degree malicious mischief/domestic violence.
