Sept. 15
Possible trespassing was reported on the 800 block of West First Street. Incident originally occurred Sept. 1 but no report was taken. Victim contacted officers on Sept. 15 with more information.
Jennifer G. Harris, 27, was arrested on the 300 block of North Eleventh Street on two Spokane warrants, one for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) and one for theft.
Third-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road. Shoplifting of a chainsaw.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 700 block of Sixth Street.
Sept. 16
Jesus A. Fregoso, 26, was arrested for first-degree attempted rape on the 200 block of North Eleventh Street.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the zero hundred block of North Sixth Street. There was damage to a car.
A 2004 Dodge Intrepid was reported abandoned and towed from the zero hundred block of Terra Vista Street. Vehicle had been there since Sept. 8.
Sept. 17
Third-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of Betz Road. A GPS was taken from a vehicle.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road. A GPS was taken from a vehicle.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 500 block of West Fifth Street. A green bicycle was taken but was later recovered.
Dishey R. Wilson, 18, was arrested for third-degree DWLS on the 600 block of Mike McKeehan Way.
Sept. 18
A Jeep Cherokee was reported abandoned and towed from the 300 block of North Second Street. The vehicle had been there since Sept. 11.
Taylor R. Howard, 19, was arrested for minor in possession on the 100 block of Erie Street.
Sept. 19
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 400 block of First Street. A window was broken at a business.
Carlos Borbon, 27, was arrested for third-degree assault on a police officer on the 2300 block of First Street. The officer was injured.
Second-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 100 block of Pineview Place. All four tires on a truck were punctured.
Nathan M. Miller, 19, was arrested for a violation of the municipal nuisance ordinance/loud party on the 100 block of Fifth Street.
Sept. 20
A motor vehicle was taken without permission on the 500 block of Scenic Heights Drive.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 900 block of First Street. A wallet was taken.
Possible illegal burning — unauthorized bonfire — was reported on the zero hundred block of Fourth Street.

Joshua J. Roullier, 26, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for obstructing a public servant and resisting arrest.

Arlen L. Bohnas, 37, was arrested at Highway 2 and Hayford Road on a warrant for third-degree DWLS. The incident occurred on Fairchild Air Force Base.
Justin W. Eyre, 33, was arrested at Highway 2 and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
Sept. 18
Matthew R. Boyd, 31, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree burglary, third-degree theft and on warrants for failure to appear and comply on third-degree theft charges.
Lost property was reported on the 1600 block of South Campbell Street.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 600 block of South Lawson Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1300 block of South Hayford Road.
Angel C. Cork, 20, was arrested at Highway 2 and Lyons Street on a warrant for failure to appear on a theft charge.
Loren C. Kintner, 36, was arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue on a warrant for failure to appear on a third-degree DWLS charge.
Jager J. Fox, 22, was arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue on a warrant for failure to appear on a no valid operator’s license without valid ID.

Terri L. Garcia, 48, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
Officers assisted another agency regarding a fourth-degree assault/domestic violence incident on the 1300 block of South Ziegler Street.
A hit-and-run accident was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

Officers took an informational report regarding a welfare check on the 10100 block of West Highway 2.

Robert E. Best, 28, was arrested at Hayford Road and 12th Avenue on a warrant from the Department of Corrections for escape from community custody.
