Janet Anne Kondratowicz

Janet Anne Kondratowicz, (Moore) passed away peacefully at Hospice House of Spokane, July 26, 2015. She was born in Missoula, Mont. to Harold and Ruth Moore on Aug. 9, 1942. The family moved from Moiese, Mont. to Four Lakes, Wash., in 1953.

Janet attended Four Lakes Grade School and graduated from Cheney High School in 1961. She married John Kondratowicz in 1965 after attending beauty school. Janet and John lived in the Springdale, Wash. area for many years before moving to Spokane to be near her doctors and dialysis facility.

She was active in many Springdale community events and loved doing ceramics, needlework and other craft projects.

She is survived by her husband John; son, Derek (Rachael); three grandchildren, Jaeden, Heather and Tristan; three brothers, Richard (Natalyn), Harold, Jr. (LaDonna), Patrick (Mary) and three sisters, Virginia (Delmar), Judy (Alan) and Nora (Dale).

A private memorial was held Aug. 3. The family would like to thank the staff at Hospice House for their wonderful care of Janet. John would also like to thank Dennis Christiansen and Janet's family for her memorial service.
