Third-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of First Street. Wheels and tires were taken.
Aug. 22
Second-degree theft was reported on the 1900 block of First Street. Tools were taken.
A mental health issue was reported on the 1800 block of Fourth Street. Commitment was required.
Aug. 23
Third-degree theft was reported on the 500 block of Scenic Heights Drive. An iPhone was taken.
A court order violation was reported on the 200 block of South Cheney-Spangle Road.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 300 block of Erie Street.
Aug. 24
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 700 block of West First Street. There was damage to a car.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 2700 block of First Street. There was damage to a car.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 2200 block of North Sixth Street. An iPad was taken.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 500 block of First Street. A wallet was taken.
Aug. 25
Forgery was reported on the 2200 block of North Sixth Street.
Trespassing was reported on the 1000 block of First Street.
An incorrigible juvenile was reported on the 100 block of Betz Road.
Aug. 27
Victor D. Castillo, 22, was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence on the 300 block of Sixth Street.
First-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of Terra Vista Street. A utility trailer was taken but later recovered.
A vicious animal was reported on the 100 block of Holladay Drive. The incident was referred to Spokane County Regional Animal Protection Services.
A Social Security card was reported lost near Cheney.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane.
Aug. 28
Joseph D. Johnson, 37, was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the 300 block of Elm Street.
Aug. 29
Ian M. Bouchard, 22, Cole J. Evers, 21, and Wyatt M. Evers, 19, were arrested for a loud party on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
A cellphone was found on the 200 block of Presley Drive.
Possible child molestation was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.
A missing person was reported on the 200 block of West Second Street. The individual returned home.

Domestic violence was reported on the 600 block of North Grant Avenue.
Pick-up and delivery of evidence from a crime was reported on the 900 block of East Lake Street.
A sex crime was reported on the 200 block of West James Street.

Harassment was reported on the 200 block of North Broad Street.
Aug. 27
Physical abuse was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.
Dead on arrival/natural causes was reported on the 900 block of East Ladd Street.

Assault was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.

Eric D. Winfrey, 33, was arrested on the 1600 block of South Campbell Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
Aug. 27
Freedom E. Woody, 19, was arrested on the 12800 block of West 14th Avenue for first-degree assault.
Second-degree burglary was reported on the 13900 block of West 12th Avenue.
Aug. 28
Nayid Dominguez, 19, was arrested on the 11500 block of West Highway 2 for minor in possession of marijuana/less then 40 grams.
Aug. 29
Michael D. Fry, 44, was arrested at Hayford Road and Highway 2 for third-degree malicious mischief.
Eric D. Winfrey, 33, was arrested on the 1700 block of South Lawson Street for second-degree burglary.
James R. McPeek, 49, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree burglary/shoplifting.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

A commercial burglary was reported on the 13200 block of West McFarlane Road.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
Aug. 31
Dane W. Massie, 32, was arrested on the 10100 block of West Highway 2 for a domestic violence no contact order violation.
Michael J. Templeton, 47, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
A vehicle prowling was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
Two vehicle prowling incidents were reported on the 10600 block of West Sixth Avenue.
A hit-and-run accident was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 12800 block of West 13th Avenue.
Sept. 1
Ginger L. Burns, 26, was arrested at Hayford Road and Sixth Avenue for third-degree DWLS.
