Cheney School District, in collaboration with NAC Architecture and the Eastern Washington University Campus Recreation Department, is holding a Color Dash 5K run, at Sunset Park in Airway Heights, Saturday Sept. 19 to help raise money to purchase new recess and PE equipment for students at Sunset Elementary School.
The Color Dash is a fun-filled and family-friendly experience for walkers, runners and people of all ages.
Registration fee is $40 per individual, and $35 per team member (minimum of four per team). There are also family rates. Children 5 and under race for free.
Each Paid participant receives a T-shirt, bib, tattoo, and color pack. Fifty percent of net profits raised from the race will go to Sunset Elementary.
Participants can pick up their packet at 9 a.m. on the day of the race. The race begins at 11 a.m.
