Cheney-based lawn and tree care business Arborpro has received a 2014 Star Award for customer satisfaction from the research firm Pulse of the City News. Arborpro received five out of five stars in Pulse of the City News’ customer satisfaction ratings system.
“We are very pleased to be recognized for our customer service just as we state in our slogan, ‘we live here too,’” Arborpro president/operations and marketing’s Kelly A. Nicholson said in an email. “We truly love our community and are blessed to have the best customers who have stayed loyal to us for the last 10 years. New or seasoned, we will always take care of our customer.”
Pulse of the City News is located in Lapeer, Mich. and specializes in publishing and consulting work in the real estate, building and construction industries. Ratings are performed on small businesses with annual incomes of $1 million or more and derived by company history, customer testimonials and research through the Better Business Bureau.
