Emmanuel Lutheran Church

Mark your calendars for Aug. 10 – 14 for Vacation Bible School. Registration forms will be available soon. Emmanuel will host children entering grades 1–6 this fall. This year’s theme is “Unvanquished.” St. Rose will host children ages 3 – 5.

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church

Please note: Beginning in July and through August our Sunday morning worship service will begin at l0 a.m., returning in September to our traditional ll a.m. service. Congratulations to our EWU graduates.

Fellowship breakfast is off for the summer and will resume in September.

United Methodist Church

Whether you are new to the Cheney area or just visiting, you will find a warm summer welcome at the United Methodist Church. Worship with us at 10 a.m. this Sunday at UMC. Retired pastor, the Rev. Dr. George Abrams will be preaching this Sunday and next while pastor Alissa Bertsch-Johnson is on vacation.

Sunday school classes are in recess for the summer months but it’s not too early to mark your calendars for Vacation Bible School, Aug. 16-20. Contact the church office for times and days of other study opportunities.
