CHENEY
April 27
Second-degree theft was reported on the 300 block of G Street. A bicycle was taken.
Financial fraud was reported on the 400 block of North Fourth Street. Victim attempted to file a tax return only to find one had already been filed.
A set of keys was turned in to the Cheney Police Department.
A black purse was found on the 500 block of First Street.
A 14-year-old female was arrested for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence on the 200 block of North Eleventh Street.
April 28
Police assisted the Spokane County Sheriff’s Office by taking a report of indecent liberties case at Cheney High School. Incident occurred elsewhere in the county.
Bryce C. Henderson, 24, was arrested for third-degree theft/shoplifting on the 100 block of West First Street.
Lost property at an unknown location was reported to the CPD.
Second-degree theft, unauthorized use of a credit card, was reported by the city of Cheney.
Drug paraphernalia was found on the 400 block of Fifth Street.
April 29
Trespassing was reported on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1000 block of Betz Road. A motorcycle was pushed over.
April 30
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1700 block of Seventh Street. Graffiti was found.
Financial fraud, unauthorized use of a credit card, was reported on the 800 block of Second Street.
A mental health issue was reported on the 400 block of North Third Street. The individual was involuntarily committed.
May 1
Second-degree theft was reported on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway. A bicycle was taken.
Paper service was provided on a no contact order with firearms confiscation clause. Papers were served and the firearm was confiscated on the 200 block of College Avenue.
May 2
A second-degree assault was reported on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway. Daniel J. Johnson, 19, was subsequently arrested for minor in possession. The assault report is under investigation.
A motor vehicle was taken without the owner’s permission on the 2500 block of Al Ogdon Way. The vehicle was recovered in Spokane.
A cellphone was reported lost on the 100 block of F Street.
A mental health issue was reported to the Police Department. The individual was voluntarily committed.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 400 block of First Street. An individual kicked the side of a car.
May 3
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 300 block of Union Street.
Financial fraud, unauthorized use of a credit card, was reported on the 100 block of Walker Drive.

April 27
Fraud was reported on the 600 block of East Kathy Lee Avenue.
A sex crime was reported on the 500 block of South Hallett Street.
April 28
Fraudulent use of a state-assisted card was reported on the 500 block of East Tara Lee Avenue.
Kevin Broadnax, 26, was arrested at South Jefferson and West Miller streets on a warrant for theft.
April 29
Domestic violence was reported on the 1200 block of East Stanley Drive.
April 30
Abuse was reported on the 1000 block of East Campbell Street.
May 1
Fourth-degree assault/domestic violence was reported on the 100 block of South Walker Street.
May 2
Abuse was reported on the 1000 block of East Campbell Street.
May 3
Custodial interference was reported on the 1000 block of North Christopher Street.
AIRWAY HEIGHTS
April 29
David S. Scarlett, 18, was arrested at McFarland Road and Russell Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).
Scott W. Gage, 41, was arrested at Northern Quest Drive and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
Nakoa M. Walker-Kellum, 22, was arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue on a warrant for driving under the influence of intoxicating drugs/alcohol (DUI) and for third-degree DWLS.
April 30
Eric E. Hamilton, 43, was arrested on the 1400 block of South Albert Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
Carissa A. Davis, 27, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.
Richard E. Thompson, 23, was arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
A vehicle prowling was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
May 1
Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 12400 block of West Second Avenue.
Stephen B. M. Butler, 21, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1700 block of South Lawson Street.
A juvenile was arrested on the 800 block of South Beeman Street for third-degree malicious mischief.
May 2
Joel V. Logan, 33, was arrested on the 1900 block of South Mintle Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
A domestic violence protection order violation was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 12500 block of West 21st Street.
May 3
Third-degree theft was reported on the 12800 block of West Highway 2.
William J. Zulkowski, 43, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
May 4
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1900 block of South Mintle Street.
Fourth-degree assault/domestic violence was reported on the 12600 block of West Eighth Avenue.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 11800 block of West Center Lane.
May 5
Lorenzo A. Moore, 25, was arrested arrested at Highway 2 and Lawson Street for third-degree DWLS.
