April 13
Identification theft was reported on the 900 block of Skyview Place.
Identification theft was reported on the 300 block of Plum Tree Court.
Identification theft was reported on the 700 block of Montague Drive.
Second-degree assault and harassment through intimidation and domestic violence was reported on the 200 block of College Avenue. An investigation is ongoing.
Fourth-degree assault and domestic violence was reported on the 800 block of Salnave Road. No arrest has been made.
April 14
A possible tobacco violation was reported at Cheney High School.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 800 block of Sixth Street. A bicycle, laptop, clothing and tools were taken from a vehicle.
Third-degree theft was reported on the zero hundred block of Spokane Street. A cell phone was taken.
April 15
Second-degree theft was reported on the 2700 block of First Street. Two cell phones were taken.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2400 block of University Lane.
April 16
Trespassing was reported on the zero hundred block of B Street.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of Betz Road. Tools were taken from a vehicle.
Second-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 400 block of Fred Johns Way. A tractor window was broken.
Identification theft was reported on the 1100 block of Moyer Street.
Identification theft was reported on the 400 block of North Third Street.
Identification theft was reported on the 200 block of Betz Road.
April 17
Stephen D. Heighs, 33, was arrested for felony possession of a possible controlled substance on the 2700 block of First Street.
Patrick L. Jenkins, 57, was arrested on a Spokane County warrant for driving under the influence on the 2300 block of University Lane.
An all other cases rape was reported on the 700 block of West First Street.
April 18
Trespassing was reported on the 1100 block of First Street.
A set of keys was found on Cheney-Plaza Road, outside of the city.
Attempted suicide was reported on the 2700 block of Al Ogdon Way. The individual was involuntarily committed.
April 19
Third-degree theft was reported on the 400 block of Fourth Street. A stop sign was taken.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 1100 block of First Street. Tools were taken from a vehicle.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 800 block of Third Street. A window was broken.

Assault was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.
Assault was reported on the 200 block of State Route 902.
April 15
Theft was reported on the 1000 block of North Christopher Street. A garbage can was taken.

Assault was reported on the 1000 block of Fox Ridge Road.
April 17
Abuse was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.
April 18
A cell phone was found on the 200 block of East Barker Street.

April 15
Gary G. Meiser, 42, was arrested at Hayford Road and Ninth Avenue for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).
Anthony D. Ingram, 36, was arrested at Hayford Road and Ninth Avenue on warrants for failure to appear on charges of failure to transfer vehicle title within 45 days and trip permit violation.
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 12600 block of West Highway 2.
A domestic violence no contact order violation was reported on the 1300 block of West 12th Avenue.
Sean M. Blythe, 27, was arrested on the 1000 block of South Lundstrom Street for a domestic violence no contact order violation.
April 16
Drew A. Villalobos, 28, was arrested on the 10400 block of West Highway 2 on a warrant for failure to appear on a third-degree DWLS charge and for possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine.
Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 12500 block of West 21st Avenue.
Heidi L. Hogan, 38, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
April 17
Jennifer G. Harris, 26, was arrested on the 10400 block of West Highway 2 on a warrant for failure to comply on a third-degree theft charge.
Suspicious circumstances were reported at 12th Avenue and King Street.

A suicidal subject was reported on the 1600 block of Deer Heights Road.
James H. Draine, 57, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree criminal trespass.
Officers took an informational report regarding a person with a weapon on the 12600 block of West Highway 2.
Shaylin J. Smith, 21, was arrested on the 1300 block of South Deer Heights Road on a warrant for failure to appear on a second-degree burglary charge.
April 19
Kevin M.D. Wang, 27, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
A traffic accident with damages was reported on the 1300 block of Hayford Road.
Aaron J. Schwab, 22, was arrested on the 11100 block of West Highway 2 for second-degree burglary, second-degree theft and second-degree possession of stolen property.
Daniel R. Carlson, 62, was arrested on the 11100 block of West Highway 2 for second-degree burglary.
