CHENEY
Nov. 25
A smart phone was found on the 700 block of West First Street.
Second-degree theft was reported on the 500 block of Short Road. Jewelry, cash and gift cards were stolen from a vehicle.
Indecent liberties were reported at the Cheney High School. Charges are pending.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 2600 block of Bethany Street.
Nov. 24
An attempted suicide was reported on the 600 block of Chestnut Street. The individual was voluntarily committed.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the zero hundred block of North Ninth Street. A window was broken.
A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested for possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell on the 400 block of North Sixth Street.
Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 700 block of First Street. A window was broken.
Nov. 26
Third-degree theft was reported on the 3100 block of Meadow Glen Lane. Tires were stolen.
James A. Dreyer, 22, was arrested for disorderly conduct on the 300 block of First Street.
Nov. 27
A runaway juvenile was reported on the 100 block of West Fifth Street. The juvenile is still at large.
A residential burglary was reported on the 2200 block of First Street. Hunting knives were stolen.
Third-degree theft was reported on the 2700 block of First Street. Alcohol was recovered and the suspect got away.
Two warrant arrests occurred on the 1700 block of West First Street. Derick A. Douthitt, 18, was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at the Cheney Municipal Court on a third-degree theft charge. Dylan J. Douthitt, 22 was arrested on two separate warrants for failure to appear at the Cheney Municipal Court.
Rita M. Veiga, 72, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road for allowing an unlicensed driver to drive.
Rick L. Schattler, 49, was arrested for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS) on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road.
Brandon P. Goyne, 20, was arrested for domestic violence/unlawful imprisonment on the 100 block of North Ninth Street.
Nov. 28
A 15-year-old juvenile was arrested for fourth-degree assault on the 500 block of Washington Street.
A wallet and notebook was found on the 400 block of North Fourth Street.
Nov. 30
Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 2200 block of First Street.
Krista D. Schlotter, 34, was arrested on the 1700 block for third degree DWLS.

Nov. 24
Domestic violence was reported at East Lake Street and North Stanley Street.
Fraud was reported on the 800 block of East Barker Street.
Abuse was reported on the 1000 block of East Campbell Street.
Nov. 27
Domestic violence was reported on the 900 block of North Howard Street.
A suspicious circumstance was reported on the 200 block of East State Route 902.

Nov. 25
A juvenile was arrested on the 700 block of Ziegler Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
Robert L. Laverdure, 30, was arrested on the 14200 block of West Highway 2 on a warrant for failure to comply on a third-degree theft charge.
A commercial burglary was reported at McFarlane Road and Russell Street.
Second-degree assault/domestic violence was reported on the 12500 block of West Frank Street.
A wanted person was reported on the 1300 block of West Frank Street.
Nov. 26
A juvenile problem was reported at Highway 2 and Hayford Road.
A minor in possession of marijuana/less than 40 grams was reported on the 10400 block of West Highway 2.
Incidents of second-degree theft and second-degree malicious mischief were reported on the 13900 block of West Highway 2.
Nov. 27
Second-degree theft was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
Chistopher S. Connell, 34, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road on two warrants for failure to appear on third-degree DWLS charges.
Nov. 28
Second-degree theft was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
A traffic accident with damages was reported at Highway 2 and Hayford Road.
Erin C. Long, 42, was arrested at Highway 2 and Lyons Street for third-degree DWLS.
Julie H. Andrews, 33, was arrested on the 12800 block of West 14th Avenue for third-degree theft/shoplifting.
Nov. 29
A juvenile was arrested on the 12500 block of West Tower Avenue for a domestic violence no contact order violation.
Christopher Doty, 51, was arrested at Highway 2 and Garfield Road for third-degree DWLS.
Stacee L. Hilliard, 56, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting and second-degree criminal impersonation.
Larry J. Tolliver, 49, was arrested on the 200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
Brandon L. Biles, 28, was arrested at Northwen Quest Drive and Hayford Road on a warrants for driving under the influence (DUI), resisting and obstructing and for making false or misleading statements to a public servant, operating a vehicle without an interlock device and first-degree DWLS.

Lorinda L. Hofmann, 56, was arrested at Highway 2 and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
Dean E. Wilson, 52, was arrested at Highway 2 and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
Brian E. Bjur, 47, was arrested at 12th Avenue and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.
Scott M. Hill, 56, was arrested at 12th Avenue and Antelope Street for third-degree DWLS.
