It was a wild Week 9 in the Cheney Free Press football contest where it took a tiebreaker to separate the top three finishers. Spokane’s Jim Riggers had four losses and earns a $50 merchant’s gift certificate for his work.
Medical Lake’s Jay Lemaster also missed four games, winning a $20 Owl Drug gift certificate, also in a tiebreaker over David Helsing.
Of all entries, just one picked WSU’s upset over Oregon State. Winners must come to the Free Press office at 1616 W. First St. in Cheney to pick up their prizes.
