Sept. 22

Chadwick N. Clarkson, 21, was arrested on the 2200 block of First Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

An iPod was found on the 1700 block of Seventh Street.

William E. Burdue-Troxclair, 27, was arrested on the 100 block of First Street for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Sept. 23

A 1992 dark green Lexus was impounded on the 2500 block of North Sixth Street. The driver of the vehicle had outstanding infractions including no valid operator’s license.

Nikolas I, Wakefield, 22, was arrested on the 2300 block of University Lane for third-degree malicious mischief.

Sept. 24

Officers took a report of forgery on the 600 block of Second Street.

Second-degree theft/unauthorized use of a debit card was reported on the 2800 block of First Street.

Tanya M. Matlock, 31, was arrested on the 2300 block of North Sixth Street for third-degree driving while license suspended (DWLS).

Laura D. Shumway, 48, was arrested on the 2700 block of First Street for warrants out of Cheney Municipal Court, including no valid operator’s license.

Officers took a call for a dog at large on the 500 block of North Third Street.

Marquis I. Powe, 21, was arrested on the 2100 block of North Sixth Street for third-degree DWLS.

Officers took a report of child molestation on the 3400 block of Normal Park Road.

Sept. 25

Second-degree theft was reported on the 300 block of Plum Tree Court. Camera equipment was taken.

Residential burglary was reported on the 300 block of Cherry Tree Court. Tools and change were taken.

Second-degree burglary was reported on the 300 block of Plum Tree Court. Tools were taken.

Residential burglary was reported on the 2200 block of First Street. Televisions and jewelry were reported stolen.

Sept. 26

Jonathyan J. Cervantes, 18, and Kevin Aguilar, 19, were both arrested for minor in possession (MIP) of alcohol on the 100 block of Cheney-Spangle Road.

The Cheney Police Department assisted the Washington State Patrol (WSP) in a driving under the influence (DUI) arrest related to the two MIP’s on the 100 block of Cheney-Spangle Road.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 400 block of First Street. Failure to pay a bar tab.

Tye M. Bill, 22, was arrested on the zero hundred block of South Cheney-Spangle Road for urinating in public.

Domestic violence/verbal assault was reported on the zero hundred block of Simpson Parkway.

Residential burglary was reported on the 2400 block of University Lane. Miscellaneous small items were reported taken.

Residential burglary was reported on the zero hundred block of North Ninth Street. A laptop computer was taken.

Sept. 27

Devin D. Offord, 18, was arrested on the 600 block of H Street for MIP.

Rape was reported on the 1500 block of Third Street.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 800 block of Cedar Street. Flowerpots were taken.

Fourth-degree assault was reported on the 200 block of Presley Drive. The incident was a fight between juveniles. Decision was made to let the parents handle the incident.

Suspicious circumstances were reported on the 100 block of West Alki Street. A man tried to enter a house by mistake.

A black bicycle was found on the 1800 block of Seventh Street.

Sept. 28

Residential burglary was reported on the 400 block of Cambridge Street. Tools were taken.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 2800 block of First Street. Gas was taken.

Officers took a report on the 900 block of Salnave Road on a dispute between minors.

Sept. 22

Assault was reported on the 2300 block of South Salnave Road.

Domestic violence was reported on the 100 block of South Lefevre Street.

Sept. 23

Fraudulent use of a credit card was reported on the 400 block of West Brooks Road.

A juvenile runaway was reported on the 500 block of North Brower Street. The juvenile returned home later that day.

Sept. 25

A robbery was reported on East Herb Street and North Stanley Street. Suspect used force to take a wallet.

Sept. 27

A vehicle fire was reported on the 200 block of East Barker Street. No injuries were reported.

Lewd conduct was reported on the 1000 block of East Ladd Street.

Burglary was reported on the 900 block of East Campbell Street. A pen holder and cash were taken.

Sept. 28

A juvenile runaway was reported on the 500 block of North Brower Street.

Sept. 24

Trae C. McFarland 25 was arrested on the 1600 block of South Campbell Street for obstructing a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. McFarland was released from jail and later arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Gary Brown, 54, were arrested on the 1600 block of South Campbell Street for obstructing a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest.

Sept. 25

Trae C McFarland, 25, was arrested on the 10600 block of West 12th Avenue for resisting arrest.

A traffic accident with damages was reported on Highway 2 and Hayford Road.

Sept. 26

Eugene D. Clemens, 25, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree theft/shoplifting.

Fourth-degree/domestic violence was reported on the 12500 block of West Highway 2.

A domestic dispute was reported on the 700 block of Ziegler Street.

Laura K. Kees, 52, was arrested on Highway 2 and Lyons Street for third-degree DWLS.

Sept. 27

Betty R. Colvin, 62, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Street for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Lost property was reported on the 1700 block of South Lawson Street.

Brian A. Stanger, 24, was arrested on the 14200 block of West Highway 2 for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Sept. 28

Robert W. Mayo, 67, was arrested on the 100 block of North Hayford Road for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.

Commercial burglary was reported on the 12800 block of West McFarlane Road.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 12800 block of West Highway 2.

Second-degree theft was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

Colin T. Bastow, 33, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road on a warrant for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence.
