Medical Lake School District approves WSSDA act update

The Medical Lake School board of directors approved several items at its Sept. 16 meeting.

The board approved the first reading of Policy 3418, which addresses the response to student injury or illness. Medical Lake School District Superintendent Tim Ames explained the change in the policy suggests all staff become certified in first aid. Ames added that all essential staff are already first aid certified.
