July 28

Third-degree theft was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane. A gas grill was stolen.

Amanda R. Ash, 24, was arrested on the 100 block of West First Street for third-degree driving while license suspended/revoked (DWLS).

July 29

A suspicious circumstance was reported on the 700 block of West First Street.

July 30

Fraudulent use of a Paypal account was reported on the 2600 block of First Street.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 2200 block of North Sixth Street. A construction trailer was damaged.

Fred W. Danker, 41, was arrested on the 2800 block of First Street for first-degree DWLS.

Third-degree theft was reported on the 100 block of West First Street. Cash was taken. The case was sent to prosecutor’s office for further review.

July 31

Austin T. McDowell, 21, was arrested in Spokane on two counts of residential burglary that occurred July 27. Additional charges of trafficking stolen property are forthcoming.

Sean A. Coker, 36, was arrested on the zero hundred block of Vine Street for first-degree assault, fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and obstructing.

Aug. 1

A wallet was found on the zero hundred block of Betz Road.

Aug. 2

Fourth-degree assault/domestic violence was reported on the 2300 block of University Lane.

Domestic violence/verbal dispute was reported on the 1300 block of First Street.

Aug. 3

Third-degree theft was reported on the 700 block of Clover Street. Gas cans were taken.

Trevor J. Burrus, 21, was arrested on the 700 block of Mike McKeehan Way for driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor and/or drugs.

David L. Pettis, 49, was arrested on Highway 2 and Hayford Road for third-degree DWLS.

A hit-and-run accident was reported on Highway 2 and Lawson Street.

Susan L. Socula, 63, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for second-degree burglary and third-degree theft.

A burglary was reported on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.

Aug. 1

A traffic accident with injuries was reported on Hayford Road and Highway 2.

Angela L.N. McDade was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shopfliting and making false or misleading statements to a public servant. McDade’s age was not provided in the report.

A traffic accident with damages was reported on Highway 2 and Hayford Road.

Fourth-degree/domestic violence was reported on the 1900 block of South Mintle Street.

Jack L. Burns, 66, was arrested on the 2000 block of South Craig Road on three warrants for third-degree DWLS.

Jonathan A. Brewer, 31, was arrested on Highway 2 and Garfield Street on a warrant for third-degree malicious mischief.

A missing person was reported on the 10700 block of West Geiger Blvd.

Aug. 3

A burglary was reported on the 10600 block of 12th Avenue.

Shyleen L. Ayala, 30, was arrested on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road for third-degree theft/shoplifting.

Aug. 4

Billy E. Davis, 43, was arrested on the 12500 block of West 21st Avenue on a warrant for fourth-degree assault/domestic violence and for possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine.

Third-degree malicious mischief was reported on the 1300 block of South Hayford Road.
