Patricia Louise "Pat" McConnell

Pat passed peacefully with family by her side on June 15, 2014 at Sacred Heart Hospital Spokane, Wash. Pat was born to Orville and Bess Elmore on Sept. 8, 1932 in Cheney, Wash. She was an only child.

Pat graduated from Cheney High School then married her high school sweetheart James E. McConnell. Pat then went to work at Lakeland Village and taught in Medical Lake School District until her retirement. Pat loved spending time with her kids, grandkids and great-grandkids. She loved traveling in her RV, fishing, playing piano and watching the Mariners and Gonzaga games. She also loved to take care of her animals and her flowers.

Pat is preceded in death by her husband James E. McConnell in 2010. She is survived by her four children and spouses, Karen, Jim and Carol, Terry and Vicky, Sherri and Bobby her six grandchildren Jacob McConnell, Ann Lovat, Christopher Moseley, Brandon Moseley, Jaysen McConnell, Sarah McConnell, Madison and Cannon McConnell, Eliza and Levi Lovat. The family will hold a private memorial service at a later date.
