The March 27 meeting of the Medical Lake Planning Commission was canceled due to the commission not having any business to discuss.
The commission recently submitted a proposal for a Comprehensive Plan Amendment and the land-use change of a nine-acre plot, from SR 902 to Jim Darby Drive, from multi-family residential (R3) to single family residential (R1). The proposal was approved at the March 18 City Council meeting.
City Administrator Doug Ross did say that the commission is anticipating a new subdivision application in April and will have a “busy few months ahead of them.”
