Medical Lake students and fans packed their side of the bleachers at last Saturday's Golden Feather Spirit Game. Medical Lake's Wizard of Oz skit helped the school take home the coveted Golden Feather trophy for a fourth straight year.
Cheney students also had their bleachers full and challenged their opponents with the age-old, "We've got spirit, yes we do..." cheer.
Cheney students' skit involved the character Nemo and they later got caught in a large net.
The Cheney cheerleaders were all decked out in special colorful costumes.
The cast of the Medical Lake skit was led by Oz characters including: The Tin Man (Colton Miller), Dorothy (Samantha Jackson), The Scarecrow (Alex Alderman) and The Cowardly Lion (Elsa Teshome).
