In Delphia’s lifetime, she was a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Washington, an EMT for the Poulsbo Fire Department, and taught piano lessons in the West Indies for three years.
In Alaska, Delphia worked for the Clarion Newspaper as a reporter. She worked for Meals on Wheels for the city of Kenai for several years before retiring.
Later, Delphia volunteered for the No One Dies Alone program, and was a pianist for Nikiski Mt. Redoubt Baptist Church and First Baptist Church in Soldotna, Alaska. She started the “t...
