Emmanuel Lutheran Church

The Holy Trinity will be celebrated at Emmanuel Lutheran Church this Sunday, May 26. All are welcome to worship at 10:30 a.m. Christian education for grade school children through adults begin at 9 a.m.

Mark your calendars: Emmanuel Lutheran Church will hold its Vacation Bible School beginning Monday, June 15 through Friday, June 19. Emmanuel will host children entering grades 1 through 6 this fall from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Please plan to bring a daily sack lunch. St. Rose Catholic Church will host children 3 through 5 years of age from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on the same dates as above. Please plan to join the fun.

St. Paul’s Episcopal Church

All are welcome. We are a welcoming haven, nourishing all God’s people in body, mind and spirit.

Trinity Sunday is this Sunday, May 26. Holy Eucharist at 11 a.m. Rev. Christine Soule will preach and preside. Child care is available.

As part of our Campus Ministry, our EWU college students are offering a place to study for finals in the quiet of our Parish Hall, providing snacks and coffee, on Wednesday and Thursday, May 29 and May 30, from 6-9 p.m., and again on Wednesday and Thursday June 5 and 6, also from 6-9 p.m.

Also a reminder for college students: Please come and enjoy good food, fellowship, discussion and study each Monday at 5:30 p.m. in the Parish Hall.

Narcotics Anonymous meets in the Parish Hall each Tuesday and Saturday evenings at 7 p.m. Fellowship breakfast is each Thursday morning at 7:30 a.m. in the Parish Hall. Join us for good food, fellowship and discussion. Come and bring a friend

United Church of Christ

The United Church of Christ welcomes everyone to the service of worship led by pastor David Krueger-Duncan in the sanctuary at 423 N. Sixth St., starting at 10 a.m. Sunday.

Children (age 3 to grade 8) may either go to child care in the Christian education building from 9:45-11:15 a.m. or stay in church with their parents, since classes are on summer vacation.

Graduate Recognition Sunday will be June 2.

United Methodist Church

Please join us for worship on Memorial Day weekend at UMC. Sunday morning worship is at 10 a.m. each and will be led by The Rev. Terry Hall. There is no children’s church this week but Sunday school classes for all ages begin at 9 a.m. The last week of Sunday School for the season is June 2.

Cheney UMC is located at 204 Fourth St. For additional information about the church please call the office at 235-4600. The church office is open 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday each week. You can also visit us online at cheneyumc.org.
