Erin Clark’s new school record in the pole vault lasted exactly one week.
The Cheney senior broke her own mark of 11 feet, 6 inches set April 18 in a dual meet with East Valley and Deer Park by going six inches higher last Thursday, winning the event and helping give the Blackhawk girls two Great Northern League wins at Colville, over the host Indians, 89-58 and West Valley, 79-70.
