This semi tractor-trailer rig had all lanes of SR 904 blocked about 11 a.m. Monday morning after it slid into the ditch in Four Lakes near the intersection of Melville Road and the Interstate 90 off ramp. Crews had the area cleared in under 30 minutes of the incident and motorists were able to creep along on their way during one of the first major snow storms of 2013....
