A black bicycle was found on the 2300 block of First Street.
A set of keys was found on the 200 block of Simpson Parkway.
An identification card and credit cards were found on the 2300 block of Washington Street.
Brett L. Fagan, 50, was arrested on the 1200 block of First Street for violation of a court order. Fagan was arrested again on the same block and same charges after calling the person with the court order from jail.
Mail was reported stolen on the 1800 block of Third Street.
Feb. 15
An attempted suicide occurred on the 1000 block of Betz Road — subject was involuntarily committed to the hospital.
Police assisted the Yakima Gang Task Force on the 700 block of Seventh Street in arresting two people for crimes committed in Yakima.
An attempted suicide occurred on the 500 block of West Fifth Street — subject was involuntarily committed to the hospital.
A blue bicycle was found on the 700 block of West First Street.
A blue bicycle was found on the 500 block of North Sixth Street.
A wallet was found on the 600 block of Second Street.
A blue bicycle was found on the zero hundred block of West First Street.
Pawley D. Coffman, 19, was arrested on the 1700 block of Seventh Street for assault.
A student at Cheney Middle School was reported for carrying a substance that looked like drugs, was investigated and it was not drugs.
Domestic violence was reported on the 3300 block of Thistle Creek Road — no arrest was made.
A welfare check occurred on the 100 block of Holladay Drive.
Feb. 16
Abdulmhsin S.M. Alhamlan, 27, was arrested at Cheney Municipal Court for a Spokane warrant.
Jade P. Krausi, 21, was arrested on the 100 block of West First Street for forgery.
A 15-year-old male was arrested at Cheney High School for possession of marijuana.
Domestic violence — verbal only — was reported on the 1300 block of Third Street.
Feb. 17
Michael Z. Abraha, 21, was arrested on the 300 block of North Eleventh Street for a hit and run that occurred Feb. 12.
A one-vehicle non-injury hit and run occurred in a parking lot on the zero hundred block of Cheney-Spokane Road.
Custodial interference was reported on the 1500 block of Fourth Street.
Police assisted Cheney Fire Department in a medical call on the 100 block of Alki Avenue.
Feb. 18
Brandon W.D. Wischmann, 18, was arrested on the 100 block of West First Street for shoplifting.
Theft from a vehicle was reported on the 1800 block of Fourth Street.
Rocks were thrown through a window on the 1000 block of Betz Road.
Feb. 19
A mental case was reported on the 2700 of First Street — subject was involuntarily committed.
Gale T. King, 57, was arrested on the 300 block of West First Street on a Tillamook, Ore. felony warrant.
Chase M. King, 21, was arrested on the 700 block of West First Street for driving while license suspended.

Feb. 13
Officers took a report of domestic violence — verbal only — on the 500 block of East Campbell Street.
Police stopped a vehicle on East Tara Lee Avenue and North Wilcox Street. The driver was cited and released for DWLS.
Feb. 14
A fire was reported on the zero-hundred block of West Medical Lake Road. Police assisted in the incident.
Officers stopped a vehicle on West Fourth Street and North Lefevre Street. The driver was cited and released for first-degree DWLS.
A complainant reported a possible panhandler near the I-90 Westbound and West Medical Lake Highway interchange. Police spoke with a man regarding the issue.
Threatening text messages were reported on the 500 block of East Campbell Street.
Feb. 16
Signs of fire were reported on the 800 block of West Maple Street.
Feb. 17
Police responded to a two car non-injury collision on the 100 block of South Broad Street. The vehicles involved pulled into a parking lot, where officers completed a collision report.
A complainant reported domestic violence on the 400 block of East Connie Ray Avenue. Tyler J. Howells, 19, was arrested for fourth-degree assault in addition to misdemeanor warrants for theft and malicious mischief.
Feb. 18
Possible fraud was reported on the 200 block of West Fourth Street. A complainant said online purchases were made with a credit card.

Feb. 15
Officers took a report of a fatal traffic accident on Hayford Road and 9th Avenue.
Darren L. Johnston, 52, was arrested for third-degree theft — shoplifting — on the 12800 block of West 14th Avenue.
Feb. 16
Melvin C. Peone, 40, was arrested on a warrant for theft on the 1300 block of South Ziegler Street.
Cheri D. Edwards, 46, was arrested for third-degree DWLS on the 10400 block of West Highway 2.
Feb. 17
Officers took a report of second-degree theft on the 1200 block of South Hayford Road.
Jenelle L. Cuculich, 25, was arrested for first-degree criminal trespass on the 100 block of North Hayford Road.
